  1. The violation falls within our jurisdiction, and that it falls within the entities covered by our supervision.
  2. The Authority undertakes studying all complaints and reports if they contain violations of the applicable laws, regulations, rules and decisions, and if negligence or default occurred in performing the duties of a public office, or prejudice to public funds.
  3. The Authority examines complaints and reports, even if they are anonymous, provided that documents and supporting documents are available.
  4. All information and data are dealt with complete confidentiality, and will only be available to specialists in the search and study of the complaint or report, and the name of the submitter will not be disclosed.
  5. The Authority is not obligated to announce the actions it takes regarding the reported violations.
  6. Complaints or reports are dismissed in the following cases:
    • Previously examined by the Authority.
    • Previously has been decided by the judiciary, or is still under review.
    • Lack of validity or importance, or the absence of facts and evidences.
    • If the public interest so requires.
  7. Your message will be answered electronically to confirm receipt, and then verify the incident and contact you if necessary.
