Departments and free zones, authorities, institutions, councils, central administrations, companies and other entities of the Emirate’s government.
Institutions, entities, commercial companies, and economic projects in which the government of the emirate, or a local public legal person in the emirate, has a share in its capital of not less than 25%.
Institutions and companies for which the government of the emirate guarantees a minimum profit.
Entities to which the Emirate’s government provides financial aid.
Any local entity or establishment that issues a written decision from the Ruler or the Crown Prince of the Emirate for the agency to exercise control tasks over it.
